There is a National Link ATM at Cascade Mall for your convenience. It is located at the North end of the center near Subway. Public phones can be found in the south end of the mall in front of Macy's Mens, Kids and Home store.
24-hour Professional Security Services:
Cascade Mall is committed to providing our guests with a safe, and secure shopping environment by providing 24-hour professional security services.
To enhance your safety, Cascade Mall has uniformed Security Officers patrolling the interior and exterior of the Mall. Guests are encouraged to contact a Security Officer for any questions, concerns, or if in need of assistance (i.e. jump starts, safety/security escorts.)
Cascade Mall Security Officers are trained in advanced first aid and the use of automatic external defibrillators (AED). A first aid kit is kept at the Guest Service Center located near the Macy's Women's store and the automatic external defibrillators are located in Guest Service Center and all of the Security vehicles.

Mall Walker Program:
Step into fitness with our Mall Walker Program, a great way to get in shape. The "Inside Track" mall walker program is co-sponsored by United General Hospital. United General is at the mall every Friday morning to do blood pressure checks and answer questions our mall walkers may have.
Doors open at the following hours for Mall Walkers: Monday-Saturday: 7:00AM
