Getting Started on the Inside Track at Cascade Mall
To get started, simply fill out a Mall Walker registration card at the Guest Service Center located near Center Court. As a registered Inside Track member, you will be placed on our mailing list to receive current fitness tips, healthy recipes, and updates on quarterly Inside Track breakfast meetings held at Cascade Mall.
Prizes and Discounts
Track your miles and receive prizes. Walkers receive rewards once they walk 50 miles on the Inside Track.
